Корпуса комплекса возводились в разные периоды времени. Здания сохранили в себе архитектурные особенности разных эпох. Первый и третий корпуса были построены в конце 50-х годов, а пятый возводился в 70-е годы. Здания живописно расположились на склоне, который террасами поднимается от
берега моря.
